Krishna Goushala

Protection of desi cows(Indigenous) or 'goumatas' is one of the most significant aspects of our culture, our dharma. The modern system of life and agriculture has begun to ignore the importance of bulls and cows, their existence thus questioned.

It is heartbreaking indeed to see the sad plight of cows in our nation, so we at Krishna Kalalaya have started taking our baby steps towards caring for cows, the nourishing, undemanding, ever-giving beings. 

Our humble beginnings: Two goumatas, Lakshmi and Parvaty have joined our family since last year. With the support of our students and parents, we believe we can spread the message of protecting cows and assist people who have willingly taken up the duty of serving them.
